Bro. Lockard assumed the pastorate of Calvary Baptist Church in July of 2005.  He holds an associate of Applied Arts from Bob Jones University, a Bachelor of Theology from Temple Baptist Bible College, a Master of Divinity from Slidell Baptist Seminary, and a Doctorate of Theology from Slidell Baptist Seminary. Bro. Lockard has served as a Youth Director, Assistant Pastor and Interim as well as pastoring in Atmore, Alabama; Ellisville, Mississippi;  and Coushatta, Louisiana. Bro. Lockard and his wife Rhonda, have been happily married since June of 1990 and have two daughters named Chelsea and Clarissa.
